Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sales Return and Order Cancellation Policy.

  • Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions.
  • The Product is damaged.
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies is damaged.
  • The Product is used or altered.
Refund:

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made.  It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  •  If order canceled before shipment buyer has to bear Payment gateway charges as applicable to  “PayU Payments Private Limited”.
  • If order canceled after shipment buyer has to bear Payment gateway charges as applicable to  “PayU Payments Private Limited” and Two-way Standard Freight Charges.
